地勤人员的构成

地勤人员主要由机场与航空公司两部分人员组成。包括应有职务如：秘书.会计.IT，人事.行政.总务.美工.企划等部门外，另有航空管理部门.旅客业务部门.航空货运部门等等. 都属于地勤人员。

民航工作内容

在航空公司地面工作的人员，具体有值机(国际值机和国内值机)、安检、VIP客服、调配、售票、易登机等岗位。把乘客的机票换成登机牌的岗位叫值机，安全检查包括查验登机牌、身份证、检查安全物品等。调配主要是指挥飞机降落、运行车辆停靠位置等。VIP客服是指各大航空公司设在机场为会员服务的服务人员。易登机是贵宾室服务人员，主要为贵宾办理自购票至登机一切手续及相应服务的工作人员。

工作内容，国内航线勤务工作内容是在机场柜台办理旅客报到、检查证件、行李过磅、座位分配及出票(即为旅客更换登机牌)，在候机室内引导旅客通关候机，登机并作广播服务，提醒旅客登机及贵宾服务工作或广播寻找已到未登机的旅客，另外勤务人员还须与空中厨房联系餐点、失物寻查、旅客申诉。地勤人员是航空公司对旅客的第一线员工需有良好的服务态度和耐心] 。
