【美国之行】
早就听说没过是个自由的国度，好奇的我一直很想去看看，终于等到了这令人兴奋的日子，8月5日的上午，我已经站在了轮船上驶向我心中的女神。
深蓝色的大海上白色的浪花不断起伏，轮船在不断的颠簸，天空中的海鸥用着尖锐的细嗓子不停地啼叫着，M似的身形在天与海的连接口滑翔着，它飞过了一座座高楼，飞过了一艘艘轮船，飞过了浅蓝色的天空，它带走了一阵风，它滑过了深蓝色的大海，只留下了一排浪花，它只在一个绿色巨大女人的脚下停了下来，她就是—自由女神。
自由女神是浅绿色的，她头戴光芒四射的皇冠，身着古希腊长袍，右手高擎象征自由的火炬，左手捧着刻有1776年7月4日的独立宣言，她脚下是被打碎的手铐、脚铐和锁链，她目光凝重，高高地站在海面上的一个平台上。白白的浪花使劲地拍打着自由女神脚下的岩石。
这座神像是1865年法国著名的雕刻家巴托耳迪设计的，自由女神的创作原型是源于1851年，路易波拿巴发动了推翻法兰西第二共和国的政变。一位忠于共和政体的年轻姑娘在巷战中，手持熊熊燃烧的火把，越过了障碍物，高喊“为了民主，为了自由”的口号向敌人冲去，结果不幸中弹，英勇牺牲。当时巴托耳迪也在场，看到了这动人心魄的一幕，从此这位姑娘的形象铭刻在他的心中。
阳光洒在自由女神的头上、脸上、胳膊上、腿上，整个自由女神散发着神奇的光芒。看到自由女神，船上的所有游客就像一群脱缰的野马一样挤到船头，你推我挤，差点把一个人的包挤下海去。船又向前开了一点，大家纷纷拿出相机，准备拍照。有的人在最前面，毫不费力地拍下自由女神。有的则踮起脚尖，伸长脖子，抬着头，眯着眼把相机举过头顶才拍下。“看，那就是自由女神!”，听到了那么稚嫩甜美的声音，我的目光从自由女神身上转到旁边，原来是两个小孩在说话。“是呀!自由女神真威风”另一个小孩答道。
美国是一个重视自由的国家，现在的国家多么的美好，想必这个年轻的.姑娘做出了巨大贡献吧。
船调过了头，我们看到了布鲁克林大桥和曼哈顿。
到了下午我们去了华尔街，听说是美国的金融中心。在这儿我们看到了繁华的美国，用两个词形容就是高楼大厦、车水马龙。一辆车接一辆车像永远流不完的瀑布一样，每座大楼都能直升云霄，而且华尔街的楼都千奇百怪，我最喜欢的有两座：一座是教堂楼，它的大部分颜色是白色的，上面有非常精美的雕刻，一到整点，教堂里的钟声就清脆地响几下。另一座大楼像是用玻璃包着的，里面是一条条像彩带一样的绿色线条，在这一条条绿色线条的缠绕下，这座楼十分的显眼。
很快到了晚上，华尔街慢慢地安静下来，我们就这样结束了一天的行程。
哈佛大学
当然，美国有很多世界顶级的大学，这次美国之行，我们有幸参观了哈佛大学、麻省理工、耶鲁大学。我最喜欢的还是哈佛大学。
说起哈佛大学，真是如雷贯耳，没想到今天我就能走进哈佛大学的校门，去看看哈佛的校园风景，听听哈佛的美丽故事，感受下哈佛的魅力，所以内心无比激动。
我们在一座小小的门前停了下来，它又黑又小，门的两侧都是绿色植物，原本不大的校门被门两旁的植物挤在一起显得更小了。这就是哈佛校门?更奇怪的是门上面有一个动物的头像，我左看看，右瞧瞧，狮子?老虎?都错了，是一头猪。为什么一所世界名校的门前不是老虎狮子等威风的动物，而偏偏是一只不怎么聪明的猪呢?原来是为了告诫哈佛学子：不要以为进了哈佛大学就很了不起，可能你的智商还不如一头猪。你必须要不断努力，学无止境，要一直有探索进取的精神。听到这一番话，敬佩之情油然而生。
走进校门，只见一条条小路进入眼帘，这一条条小路总是围绕着一片片草地，每片草地上都种着一棵树，再往前看，一座深红色的大建筑在最中央，据说深红色也是哈佛校徽的颜色，代表着哈佛学子们对追求学问的热爱与执着。继续往前走，时不时的会经过一两个长木椅。最终，我们在一座雕像前停了下来。这是哈佛先生坐在椅子上的雕像。哈佛先生全身都是黑色，唯独他的皮鞋头是金色的，据说摸一摸就会有好运，金色是摸出来的吧?大家都争先恐后地摸了一把。
说到了雕像，就不得不提起哈佛大学的三个谎言：第一个，刚才的那座雕像根本不是哈佛先生本人，而是找来一名年轻英俊的小伙做模特。第二个，哈佛大学虽然以哈佛命名，但哈佛并不是最早的建校者。第三个，哈佛大学是1636年建校，而不是1638年建。虽然哈佛大学有三个天大的谎言，但是并没有影响到他的声誉。
参观完雕像，我们看到了一个巨大的建筑—哈佛图书馆。哈佛学子们都特别爱看书，据说晚上十一、二点，整个哈佛一片黑暗，唯独图书馆灯火通明，哈佛学子们通常看书至凌晨两、三点，有的甚至在图书馆过夜。如果你一早去图书馆，通常会发现桌子下面伸出的两只脚来，往桌下一看，才发现一个学生已经睡熟了，手旁 还 放着一本没读完的书。听到这些，我深深地被他们刻苦学习的精神打动，原来美丽的光环下埋藏着无尽的付出啊!
图书馆前面是一个好玩的大型国际象棋，有两个可爱的孩子站在棋盘上玩的不亦乐乎。其中一个用两只小手搬一个小兵，结果搬不动，急的他呲牙咧嘴。我正要走，只听“砰”的一声，刚才那个被他玩弄的小兵倒了，他哇的一声哭了，幸亏没砸着他，我们都松了一口气，否则后果严重了。
走着走着，我们来到了草坪上，草坪软软的，就像绒绒的绿地毯。前方就是哈佛艺术楼，楼上的天花板是透明的，如果是晴天，阳光会照到大楼里，顿时整个艺术楼就充满了阳光的味道。我们在草地上又蹦又跳，开心地玩耍。
时间过地飞快，转眼间，我们就要和哈佛说再见了，期待着我们长大再次来到哈佛，让我们一起努力吧!
