(1)产品脱醇改造:按设计工艺此单元操作为“真空蒸馏”提醇,这不仅需要极高的真空度和温度(185℃以上),而且需要足够停留时间(一般3-4小时)。经过分析及查找资料,找到解决脱醇的简捷方法,就是利用水和醇在99℃-104℃,在真空条件下形成低沸物的特点,大胆使用“无离子水冲醇”的途径代替“真空蒸馏”操作。从而降低脱醇温度和时间,只需50分钟就可达到工艺要求,这样大大缩短了生产周期。到目前为止,装置已经达到年产60000吨/年,实现了实际产能比设计产能翻一翻的目标。快速提供足量质优的产品满足市场需求,同时降低市场风险,降低了单位成本。

(2)中和单元操作的改造:在中和阶段,经常出现乳化和皂化的现象。这不仅延误了生产,也造成原料的浪费,(因为皂化是不可逆反应)。针对这一现象,在实验室经过6天6夜的反复模拟操作,终于找到解决方案,优化了搅拌转速,中和温度及停搅拌时间,调整中和剂的浓度,使发生皂化的机率降低,加快了生产进度。
