一、教学指导思想

以教学大纲，考试说明为依据，以浙江省普通高中会考标准为准绳，以浙江省普通高中会考导引为依托和基础，根据会考命题的考核要求和命题特点，着重抓基础，特别注重英语会考命题方向的把握,注意收集会考信息，使英语会考复习不偏离方向,把有限的时间用在刀刃上。

二、学习及复习的教学阶段

第一阶段：

时间：十月底------十一月中旬（大约）

内容：完成高二上半学期的教学任务，即必修五的教学：对教材中出现的重点词汇，语法进行归纳总结，并对每单元的内容进行单元检测。

练习：《名师伴你行—极品作业本》，《学英语报》和《优化训练课时训练》。

第二阶段：

时间：十一月中旬-----十一月底

内容：语法专项复习（名词、数词、冠词、代词、连词、介词、形容词、副词、动词的时态与语态、情态动词、非谓语动词、主谓一致、定语从句、名词性从句等）

练习：《浙江省普通高中会考导引》和《高中英语会考过关锦囊》以及任教师精心挑选的针对性强的习题、试卷等。

第三阶段：

时间：十二月初-----十二月中旬

内容：专题训练（完型，阅读，单词和书面表达）和听力专项复习，同时复习《语法专项》

练习：《浙江省普通高中会考导引》和《高中英语会考过关锦囊》以及任课教师自己出的《讲义》和找的练习题等

第四阶段：

时间：十二月中旬-----一月初

内容：综合训练，查漏补缺，强化语言知识单词，有计划做一些模拟题。

第五阶段：

时间：会考前几天

内容：有计划、有针对性的自由复习，并对学生进行心理辅导，减轻心理压力。

三、具体实施步骤

1、集体备课，提高教学质量

上课是教学的基本，平时做到认真研究教材，努力加强备课，特别要注意结合后进生的英语基础及其水平，尽量充分挖掘教材的文化背景知识和语言因素，并将两者有机地结合。在教学中找学生比较容易理解的切入点，增强教学的趣味性和幽默感，要想方设法吸引学生，让他们在课堂上有所得。平时做到积极讨论教学方法和措施，将学习任务（如：单元测试、专题复习、综合试卷等）分配给每一个备课组组员，做到分工合作。

2、注重“两读”的作用

充分利用好每周三次的早读和晚读时间，并结合上课的进度，布置有针对性的任务，特别是早读，一定要让学生“有事可做”，并对任务进行检查。

3、精心挑选复习资料和同步练习

在会考复习时间非常紧，任务相当重的情况下，复习资料的质量好坏，数量多少显得尤为重要，对资料的选择由组内教师共同探讨，核计。及时做同步练习，选题上一定考虑到不同水平的学生，搞分类推进，争取对练习篇做到全批—抽批—面批面改等，并对出现问题及时解决。

4、因材施教，辅导补差

由于学生基础存在着各种差异。我们应针对差异，循序渐进，因人施教。教学实践证明，按照统一要求进行教学，大部分学生是难以听懂、学好英语的。面对这一客观现实，教师必须要结合学生的实际水平，降低教学难度，由浅入深、循序渐进和重点辅导。也就是说，要把学生从学习到掌握知识分为若干层次，各层次交叉进行，以旧带新，以新温旧，不断复习与巩固；一旦发现问题，必须立即采取补救措施，及时补充“营养”。久而久之，他们就会逐渐养成主动自觉学习英语的良好习惯。

坚持课后补差工作，每个班总会出现一些基础特别差的学生，我们将对这些学生进行单独辅导或者集体辅导，制定计划，专人负责，一对一教学。

我们备课组主要由年轻老师所组成，相对而言在教学经验上十分不足；特别是面对会考工作，总觉得任务比较重，压力较大。不论困难多大，我们备课组相信通过我们的努力，一定可以克服所面临的困难，在教学考试和会考中争取取得好的成绩。因为我们备课组相信“态度决定高度，行为决定作为”。

中午，抬头望望那棵银杏树。忽然，一阵大风吹来，凌乱了我的头发，只见大片大片的叶子在空中飞舞，它们带着大树的期盼与信念飘去了。剩在树上的叶子不多了，它们依偎着枝干，似乎想知道外面的世界是怎样的。

下午的课结束了，我又朝窗外看了一眼。夕阳西下，霞光斜射在那棵剩几片叶子的银杏树上，焕发着光彩。那几片叶子是多么的美，可这只是他们依靠别人的力量存在而已。我迫不及待地跑出教室，拾起一片似乎不太完美的叶子，举过头顶，向着夕阳，它是多么的美，尽管残缺了，但也是一种残缺的美。

放学了，天色又渐渐暗了起来，那棵银杏树上的叶早已不再那么耀人。低头看匍匐在地面的叶子，它们吸引了我，随意地排列组合成为一幅剪贴画，大大小小零零落落的，使我大开眼界。

比起银杏树的生命来，我在这个世界能够做的事还有很多。我也需要成长，也需要像叶子那样在天空自由翱翔，不能够再依偎在父母的怀抱里，在溺爱里成长，虽然那样会使我没有困苦也没有焦虑，但只有自己去尝试了，去经历过了，才知道这个世界不是想象中的那么渺小。

我们没有办法拒绝成长，它是我们不必等待的东西，在这条路上，有了欢声就会有哭泣，有成功就必然会有失意，但成长的真理就是在跌跌撞撞中悟出来的。
