四、总结(引深探究 15分钟)

宾语从句的句型变化

①.许多带复合宾语的句子,宾语从句经常移到句子后部,而用it做形式宾语。结构是:主语 + 动词 + it + 形容词/名词等宾语补足语 + 宾语从句

We think it wrong that he told a lie to everyone.

I thought it impossible that he could finish this job in just two hours.

②. 带有宾语从句的`复合句的疑问形式一般是对主句进行变化。

I know he will come to my party.

→ Do you know he will come to my party. ?

→ I don’t know he will come to my party.

Lucy tells me that he likes the English teacher.

→Does Lucy tell you that he likes the English teacher?

→Lucy doesn’t tell me that he likes the English teacher.

③. 宾语从句的否定转移

主句的谓语动词是think,believe,imagine,suppose,consider,espect,fancy,

guess等,并且主句的主语是第一人称而且为一般现在时,从句的否定词一般要转移到主句上来,其反义疑问句一般与宾语从句一致.

我认为他不会来我的舞会。 I don’t think he will come to my party.

我认为他不喜欢英语老师。I don’t think he likes the English teacher.

(4)完成反意问句

在think / believe / suppose / guess / imagine / expect等动词后跟宾语从句否定式时,应转移到主句上去,完成反意问句时,应与从句主、谓保持一致。(注: 否定前移的条件是,主句主语是第一人称)

eg. I don't think you are right,are you

I don't believe they have finished their work yet,have they?

I don’t suppose they will come, _______ ______ ? (改为反意疑问句)

→ I don’t suppose they will come, will they ?

再如:

She doesn’t suppose they will come, _______ ______ ? (改为反意疑问句)

She doesn’t suppose they will come, does she ?

(5) 宾语从句的简化问题

对于含有宾语从句的复合句进行简化,即由复合句变成简单句,可以分为两种情况:

第一:如果主句的谓语动词是,ask,tell,hope,wish,decide,agree等,从句部分可以转化为动词不定式结构。例如:

I hope that I can receive your email(改为简单句) →

I hope to receive your email.

例:I don’t know what I should do next.

I con’t know what to do next.

He didn’t know where he would live.

He didn’t know where to live.

第二:有些以特殊疑问词引导的宾语从句,从句部分亦可以简化为动词不定式结构,即特殊疑问词+to do ,特别是当主句的谓语动词为know,ask,forget,remember,learn,tell,teach等。例如:

I don't know how I can get to the hospital.(改为简单句) →

I don't know how to get to the hospital.

这类题也可以反过来做:

例如:Lucy hasn't decided which trousers to buy.(改为复合句) →

Lucy hasn't decided which trousers I will can buy.

一、教材分析

(一)教材的地位和作用

“Would you mind keeping your voice down ?”是一篇有关礼节的阅读,是对整个单元的升华,在前几节课中,学生运用了Would you mind...? 有礼貌地对别人发出请求,本节课通过文章进一步加深对有礼貌请求句式的理解和在生活中的具体运用,同时通过对中西方礼节的对比和描述,使学生可以感受到在这个由“人”组成的社会中,每个人只有规范好自己的言行,讲究礼节,才能使整个社会处于一个“有序、和谐”的社会状态里,由此进一步提高学生的听、说、读写的综合能力。

(二)教学目标的确立

1、语言知识目标

a.词汇:voice, term, Asian, Europe, impolite, allow, public, cough, smoke, drop, litter, pick...up, behave.

b.语法:理解“Would you mind doing...”的基本形式和表意功能。

2、情感态度目标:

二、教学环节的设计

八年级学生有一定的英语基础知识,求知欲很强,所以,本节课讲解的时间很少,主要是训练学生利用任务型及合作式,以教师为辅,学生为主的'教学原则,训练学生在学习中获取信息,处理信息和运用信息的能力。并且,我还在网络上搜集了一些学生感兴趣的图画和动画材料,通过电子屏幕,变“死”的知识为活生生的声音及图片信息,由此激发学生运用所学语言进行交际的愿望和自信心。

三、教学程序

1、导入与指导

给学生展示几幅在公共场合违反规则的图片,通过让学生回答What are they doing 和If that happens, what will you say? 这2个问题,共同讨论这些人的违规行为,由此引出本课的新单词drop, litter, spit, pick up, behave, cough等,同时也复习了前面学生已掌握的Would you mind (not) doing ...? 句型,也激发了学生对本课的兴趣,我认为采用图片导入法,远比直接让学生翻书阅读更能激发学生的兴趣,使其由被动学习变为主动获取知识。

2、巩固与拓展

本节课是一节阅读课,重点是要训练学生怎样把握文章主旨,同时也复习了上个单元学习的阅读技能,即快速浏览找出细节,之后通过多媒体展示一篇关于礼节的短文,检验一下学生的掌握程度。

四、教学反思

本节课是一节阅读课,标题是“Would you mind keeping your voice down?”我从三个方面进行了课后反思。

1、教学效果

本节课的重点是训练学生“How to find topic sentences”即找主题句,快速掌握文章的大概意思。从学生的回答情况来看,最终目标应该基本达成,但是还是不够熟练,若能及时对学生进行小测试,那么一方面使他们能自如地运用阅读策略,另一方面能更加清晰地进行知识反馈。

2、教学行为

本节课一开始通过PPT呈现一些与etiquette相关的卡通图片,学生的兴趣大增,大部分学生都能积极参与到对话中,然后呈现了一篇关于中外礼节差异的课外读物,拓展学生的视野,使他们对中外文化有进一步的了解,但是,我觉得拓展还不够,应该呈现出更多的事例,让学生在故事中学习英语,以此增加他们的学习热情。

3、课堂生成

对于这节课我最大的不足就是设置问题的难易程度没有把握好,基本上没有坡度,中等及偏上的学生都能很容易地回答,因此,一方面,不能很好地发展他们的个性思维,另一方面,由于问题简单,优生的回答基本覆盖了整个课堂,中等偏下的学生没有时间和机会思考问题,他们逐渐就懒于动脑,甚至出现讲闲话的情况,如果能在设计课程的时候,分配好难易问题,照顾到整个课堂,优生和差生都有思考的空间,那么整个课堂气氛就更加热烈,学生也能更透彻地掌握问题了

3. 陈述部分为祈使句时,反义部分用 will you , won’t you 。以Let’s开头的祈使句,疑问部分用 shall we .

4. 陈述部分含宾语从句时,疑问部分一般反问主句,但主句含有 I/We think/believe/suppose … 时, 疑问部分要反问从句(要注意否定转移情况)。
